Treating Chronic Pain Patients - The Basics
Presented by Dr. Gary Whiting
This one-hour presentation will present an overview of the basic needs of patients dealing with chronic pain, as well as concrete strategies to meet those needs.
The two primary learning objectives of this presentation will be to help identify the basic stages in helping with pain management and health recovery, and the primary elements of a pain reprocessing/neuroplasticity model.
Dr. Gary Whiting has been treating medically-involved clients since 1989, and is currently the director of a clinic which serves individuals dealing with life-changing illness and injury.
