Dr. Elise Segui, PsyD, LPC is a licensed psychologist and professional counselor specializing in comprehensive psychological assessment and evidence-based treatment. As an Army veteran, Dr. Segui brings a collaborative, affirming, and culturally humble approach to her work, combining warmth, humor, and respect to help clients achieve diagnostic clarity and move forward with personalized treatment plans.

Her expertise includes trauma-informed care, rural mental health, and health psychology, supporting clients with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, anxiety, depression, sleep concerns, and interpersonal or communication challenges. Dr. Segui has spent her career in San Antonio serving military members, Veterans, first responders, and individuals navigating significant life transitions.

By integrating evidence-based practices with a client-centered philosophy, she provides evaluations and interventions that honor each person’s strengths and story. Her goal is to create a space that is thorough, empowering, and approachable, offering practical recommendations that support healing, growth, and improved well-being.
